This isn't a traditional sound bath. Live classical guitar and crystal singing bowls create a calming musical landscape while guided meditation invites you to simply breathe, listen, and be present.

Whether you've practiced meditation for years or this is your very first time, you're welcome here. Come as you are. Leave feeling rested, restored, and renewed.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow—whatever helps you relax comfortably on the floor. Limited chairs are available upon request. Please arrive a few minutes early so everyone can settle into the space before we begin.
